Takes time to learn to use but works. Once I adjusted how I loaded certain shirts and stopped overstuffing it, the results improved. also, the customer service answered my questions quickly
The machine is not for me, but thankfully i can still return it..
the machine is unique.. never seen anything like it b4, plus it irons and dry so i dont have to do laundry anymore
This product is primarily suited for garments, though it may not be ideal for trousers. Nevertheless, it fulfills my expectations.

At last, i get to do things effortlessly at home. Working in an unexpected shifts & double shifts with a very horrendous environment gets me extremely exhausted & stress. Thanks for this kind of innovation. Packaging was in good conditon, items inside was in good condition as well. Delivery postage to Kuching, Sarawak takes 4 days with delivery fee of rm70.
Seller answered my questions very quickly and the delivery was quick. The box was also wrapped with alot of bubble wrap , hence the packaging was in good condition .
The machine works well with t shirt and also quick delivery.
The edges of the outfit; sleeves, stays wrinkle sleeve and I had to have it on for twice at 10mins. I had mist the outfit before start of machine. It is good to use and at the same don’t iron off some area. So my review on product is between 3-4 star.
The machine is not compatible with all type of clothing all though seller did warn me about this , i could still use it with my everyday clothes so all is fine
Delivery was fast. The most annoying thing is it was using a China/EU plug instead of UK/Malaysia plug. So, future buyers be warned that you need an adapter to use it. Otherwise, it is a convenient machine to have.
